Learn how to improve agility with asymmetrical commitment and cadences. The class also covers recommended meetings, handling metrics, and setting policy.

Perfil de los alumnos

People who are currently using a Kanban system, have prior experience with Kanban, or are currently in the KMP training series.

Requisitos previos

Attendees are expected to have read Kanban by David J Anderson or Kanban from the Inside by Mike Burrows. Prior attendance in the Kanban System Design or other LKU Foundations-level class is preferred.


This course will be delivered by a Lean Kanban University Accredited Trainer.
