Business Games or company simulations are an effective, practical and fun way of learning.

The games represent a simulated environment in which the students must work as a team to overcome the challenges  they are given. Each student plays a specific role and has certain assigned tasks and responsibilities. In order to move ahead in the game, the participants have to discuss and reach agreements about how they will work as a team.

In company simulations, the instructors act as facilitators, helping the teams to put their know-how into practice, as well as to reflect on what they have learned during the game. The instructors are also responsible for making sure that the training objectives are perfectly reflected in the game's dynamics.

Simulations are played in different rounds, at the end of which the students are able to see and feel how the improvement they make to their work methods allow them to optimize their progress. After each round, there is a moment for reflection during which the students analyzes what they have learned and choose improvements to be implemented during the following round.
