Our main goal is that every student will be completely satisfied with the quality of training they receive.

If this doesn't happen for reasons attributable to netmind, we promise to take the corrective measures necessary to resolve it. These may include:

• Repeating the course
• Scheduling complementary sessions
• Delivering complementary materials

If by mutual agreement with the client, it is decided that none of these options will work, we will return the entire fee for the course.

All our instructors are certified as official trainers, our classrooms meet the requirements defined by the manufacturer and we always use official documentation in implementing our courses. This way, upon finishing training students receive a certificate that recognizes their participation in an official course.

One of the main ingredients for success is our team of trainers. We have a highly qualified teaching team that combines their training activities with development of professional activities, thus guaranteeing real-world experience in the subjects they teach.

netmind is a totally independent center for training and certification. All our training services are aimed at learning and are completely separate from the commercial interests of the manufacturers. This way, we guarantee that you or your team will learn what you really need to successfully perform your work.

In order to offer training in information technologies, at netmind we constantly update our stock of computer equipment. With the acquisitions made over the last few years, we have been able to ensure that all our machines are, at least, DELL DualCore with 4 GB of RAM. In addition, we have a set of equipment from CISCO, 3COM, Sun, among others, which allow us to create all kinds of practical laboratories.

To guarantee the effectiveness of all the training exercises we perform, at netmind we always use the best learning materials. In the official courses for PMI, APMG, IIBA, ISTQB, EXIN, Microsoft, CompTIA, LPI y Mile2, each student receives a copy of the official materials. For the rest of the courses, students receive a copy of the materials produced by netmind. 

Our company strategies have been aimed at implementing systems which allow us to objectively guarantee the quality of the training services we offer. Thus, on March 7, 2000, we were granted a certificate from the "Business Registry" and the right to user the AENOR brand as we operate according to Regulation ISO 9001:2008.
